We will be available at the Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur lobby coffeehouse,  Melting Pot Cafe for ticket collection and sale at these dates:

Friday, 16th January 2009 – 5.00pm – 8.00pm

Friday, 23rd January 2009 – 12.00pm – 4.00pm

Friday, 30th January 2009 – 4.00pm – 8.00pm

Kindly bring the ORIGINAL copy of your bank-in slip for verification.

Booking conditions:

1. Ticket sale will start from the 12th of January onwards

2. Sale time is from 10.30am to 4.00pm ONLY

3. Kindly call us to book BEFORE making payment

4. Payment is to be banked in to

ANEKA TEKNIK SDN BHD

RHB ACCOUNT NO: 214-1380-0106-459

5. Bank-in form and slip is to be faxed to 03-9282 0900 or emailed to anuarzainfanclub04@yahoo.com. Please state your NAME and TABLE NUMBER on the fax or email.

6. Booking  IS ONLY CONFIRMED upon receipt of bank-in details, and after it has appeared in our account.

7. If payment is not made within TWO (2)  DAYS from the date of booking, booking will be cancelled without further notice.

8. Please provide the Full Name of all ticket holders.

9. We are able to mail your tickets via POSLAJU with an additional charge of :

RM15 (within Malaysia)

RM30 (Singapore)

RM55 (Brunei)

10. We will be available at the Concorde Hotel, KL on selected dates for ticket collection and sale. The dates will be announced later.
